Our story
Since 1977, year of its foundation, Romplast is specialized in the manufacturing of dies and calibrators for the extrusion of plastic material.
The development of the company, due mainly to investments on high technology machinery and to the help of skilled staff, has led to expand considerably the range of its products changing over from the starting trend of tools having little and middle dimensions like roller shutter and channel profiles, to the manufacturing of tools of considerable care and complexity like skirting board for kitchens, covering panels and windows profiles.
In addition to the quality of our production process, we are characterised by the quality and the reliability of our products, the acquired experience, the seriousness, the professionalism and the ability to interact with our customers giving them a service before and after the sale.
Over the years, the company grown in the dimensions, staff and technology, has captured also the foreign market, keeping always a particular care for the Italian market that remains of prime importance for the company.
Always careful to the innovation
Romplast srl, always careful to the environmental problems, during the year 2010, has chosen to invest in the realization of a photovoltaic plant that has enabled us to transform our company in a little power station exploiting the sun, an inexhaustible source not polluting.
This technology combines the advantage of the absence of any type of polluting emission to the saving of fossil fuels. The photovoltaic plant, able to produce 110,4 KWp, is installed on the whole roof surface of our warehouse, in the way to obtain an optimal exposure to the sun.
Quality
In the face of a market that demands more and more high quality and competence and in order to obtain ever greater customer satisfaction,Romplast Srl, in July 2013, has obtained the certification of its quality management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and in 2016 in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
