WPC
We have developed and perfected an interesting innovative technological process that allows the design and production of equipment for the extrusion of WPC profiles.
WPC is obtained by mixing sawdust or wood dust with polypropylene, or polyethylene, or PVC or ABS and finds numerous applications in construction, general and industrial packaging and also in the automotive sector.
Polyamides PA 6.6
For years, our company has specialized in the construction of equipment for the extrusion of thermal break bars made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide PA 6.6, a product widely used in the field of aluminum window and door frames.
We manufacture and design complete equipment with 2, 4, 6, 8, or up to 12 outputs, depending on the required hourly production and profile shape.
Reinforced profiles
To meet the growing market demand for sustainable products made from renewable materials, while respecting the environment, we have developed new technologies. We design and build equipment that uses recycled materials and extrudes materials other than plastic that can be processed using the same technology as plastics.
We have filed a Patent (n. 0001411276) for the construction of molds for the extrusion of profiles reinforced with a polymeric and non-metallic material. The two types of materials are extruded simultaneously using a standard coextrusion process. This method, used to prevent deformation of profiles exposed to sunlight and heat, is applicable not only to roller shutter profiles but to any plastic profile requiring reinforcement.
